Inspections Are Here
One of the most requested features is now live — and we didn’t just stop at “basic inspections.”
With Dormot, you can:
- Schedule inspections (routine, move-in/out, safety checks — you name it)
- Assign inspections to yourself or other PMs
- Add photos, notes, and generate full reports
- Trigger service requests directly from findings
- Export results as PDFs for documentation
Basically: inspections that work without needing 3 spreadsheets, a WhatsApp group, and an angry resident.
Calendar Overhaul: From Basic to Brilliant
The old Dormot calendar did its job, but let’s be honest — it was due for a glow-up. We’ve now turned it into a proper operations command center.
Now you can:
- Schedule inspections, maintenance visits, and resident events
- Assign tasks to staff or artisans (e.g., that electrician who never brings a ladder)
- Notify residents automatically
- Filter events and view them in Month, Week, Day, or List mode
